FOUR ‘F’S’ THAT ALWAYS SEEM TO POP UP IN LIFE.

FOOD is priority No 1, “You are what you eat” what you put in your body is what you get out. SIMPLE. 

FITNESS No 2, when we workout and participate in any elevated heart rate movement, 90% of the time we will feel fantastic afterward and that wonderful feeling is free and down to your endorphins, a natural high.

FAMILY No 3, having a supportive network to believe in your journey is very important, plus it is even better when you are an inspiration to them, especially your children as they watch you lead a positive lifestyle.

FUR FRIENDLY No 4, I am a huge lover of animals, since I was very young, I have always had animals in my life. I truly believe animals can assist in our healing if we have been through trauma, disease or day to day stresses, they can read us better than we know and they are always there for you. Animal Assisted Therapy is highly underestimated and I highly recommend it.
